I purchased an apple ipad along with Apple Pencil. I took the both the items & went to India & later discovered that the pencil is not compatible with the ipad. Returning to Sharjah I went to the store but they refused to accept their mistake & not ready to refund the money on account of the pencil. Invoice copy enclosed.
