I used carrefour online service to order items on 31/5 4:00 pm and the delivery was supposed to be made within an hour. At 10:30 pm I contacted the call center, which is one of the most unfunctional, useless call centers I have ever seen.
I was contacted by Carrefour, Madinaty branch and the staff member told me to cancel my order because they are busy!!! I didn’t cancel the order and now this is the second day 01/06 12:30 pm, where I have contacted the call center again and wasn’t able to talk to a manager or a supervisor. This is the worst service provided by such a big company as yourself. The employees are clueless and are very helpless.
