1) What is the use of the online webstore if MANY of the items are OUT OF STOCK ????
2) Why the online webstore is not updated – keeping the available items & removing the unavailable ones ???
3) What’s the job of the customer service agents … other than calling clients to inform missing items from their orders ????
4) Why the delivery is done from the EMPTIEST and the LEAST potential branch (Ibn Batouta Branch ???
The most recent incidence is my order under the reference 00907659, but nothing is more REGULAR with Carrefour than the OUT OF STOCK SITUATION.
Carrefour was way behind other stores in UAE in Launching the grocery online business and when It’s done it is OUTSTANDINGLY the WORST.
Very disappointing and frustrating …
