I bought an Iphone 8 plus space grey last wednesday November 29, 2017. The quality of the photos are not good/blurry. It cannot focus. The supervisor told me verbally that he would give two weeks for the checking since my time is limited because of work. I got it checked today they confirmed it that the photos are blurry. They gave me resolution that they will fix the camera. But I declined because i need full refund. I went back to Carrefour after the checking and I spoke to the same supervisor and he lied. He told me that he only gave me two weeks for the replacement not for the refund. Then they couldn’t do nothing. I was asking for a full refund and they left me. The agent from the Carrefour asked me again to go there and confirm that the issue is not fixable. I told them its within 7 days to get a full refund if you are not happy or the product is not good. But then they i did not get any help. The supervisors were even laughing while they’re leaving.
