Casa Grande sold my flat to a different person and got the money from the second buyer. When I requested for a refund they are finding reasons such as the second buyer’s bank did not pay in full so wait until 90 days after the second buyer’s bank settles the amount. They did not do any written agreement with me on the resale deed and made my life miserable by taking away my property which I fully paid and selling it to someone with no payments to me. They are happy by collecting double payments. Please please be careful about the resale fraud in casagrade, if you engage with their resale you will most likely get stressed out and might loose your property and money.
