I KNOW WE DO HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO YOU, AND WE NEVER FORGET THAT, DUE TO SOME CIRCUMTANCES WE ARE UNABLE TO PAY RIGHT NOW BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN THAT WE ARE HIDING OR RUNNING AWAY. AND AS FAR I KNOW IN UAE, DEBT COLLECTOR ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HARRAS SOMEONE JUST TO GET THE PAYMENT, IT IS ILLIGAL. BUT ONE OF THEIR COLLECTOR MADE A BIG MISTAKE, FOR TAKING A PHOTO OF MY FAMILY ESPECIALLY MY CHILD, USING/HARRAS ME TO PAY. WE ONLY OWE THEM A MONEY! BUT IT DOESNT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHTS TO HARRAS US.

I have experienced the same and I filed a complain to the Central Bank.
I hope this company will be looked into as they harass so many people. It is unethical and inhumane.
They call you on different numbers including WhatsApp. They won’t stop you until you say when you will pay, even if you say on the salary, they still don’t want to stop. They keep calling non-stop shouting and harassing they cannot understand even you said you are at work plus they keep messaging also non-stop with insulting
I have the same encounter with cash now debt collector who are based in India. This is the second time that it happened that despite you talking to them they will still call your reference. Apart from shying you away, they are also very rude when talking to my reference.
The first time I encountered this, I raise the concern with the app by sending them email and they promised to look into it but then again it happened now. They were thinking it’s because you paid after that humiliating experience, now they’re using it into their advantage against you. Hopefully the authority will see and read my post. I am 100% willing to file a complaint against them.
