I have been a loyal customer to cashnow for 1.5 years. This month i had paid AED 305/605 .. And informed i cant make the payment and asked for excuse to pay next month. The customer service guy started shouting as if i robbed money out of his own pocket. And also threatened he will call my company and get me removed from my job and also block my emirates ID.
