This is my first time taking a loan from cash now. I paid my first due on time but unfortunately got myself in a difficult financial situation this time. I mailed to cash now informing them that i will pay this together next month including the fine and interest ain’t got a reply back.
And since today morning i am getting non stop calls from some unprofessional illeterate thugs who just shouts and threaten me .
They speak just like radio they don’t listen they only talk and they’re shouting like he gave me money from his own Pocket.
I don’t know why a company a business hires these kind of thugs to torture their customers

I have borrow money from CASHNOW i pay the first payment.now the second payment i got a problem in my salary so i sent yhem a message and told them to pay in my last payment all.and i sent in their email too than i gonna pay my loan as soon as i get my salary.aint they dont listen .
Though I have valid reason,but still they continue messaging me and calling me and harrasing me.one who yell at me one is harrasing me.and they said they will file a case for me.i just late 5 days for my payment.they dont listen to my reason .
Pls can you help me and do action to them.so that they will accept my valid reason? Theyre very rude to thier clients .and one more thing they wants us to pay eXtention.
Im 3 years using the application cash now and now i had a problem , waiting for my new visa and release my money from previous company, they are harassing me to pay and threaten my husband, they are asking also my company now and everyday that keep on asking why not pay, the agent are so rude and arrogant, like the owner of the cash now,always calling my husband and message me time to time, I have send them email that i will pay soon once my money given and release but no response they are not helpful, people take credit coz of emergency needs, they threaten me to file a case and take action its only 5 days overdue.
Please help me to solve this issue, its not million my credit and im not running my credit,
I am going to file a police report against them now. I have experienced the same horror, harassment, abused, and threats. I hope the authorities will look into this.
We’re same ma’am they harras me everyday they we’re calling me though I’m paying just modify amount coz for that’s only what I afford they talk myfb account and tiktok they’re saying that I have to tiktok but no time for payment
