I experienced the same torture and harassment. They are almost like loan shark that not even acceptable in uae. I hope the authority will check on this making bad impression to finance sector. I had never been harass like this in almost 2 decades in uae.
They need to acknowledge that crisis comes and we accepts penalties to get peace. Yet they don’t give you peace. Small amount , big interest, and a total harassment.
I will not recommend people to get loan from this company. No respect at all. As if you will runaway and toss your life to avoid paying 500 aed + monthly!!
