IRCTC/Indian Railway – Poor service on Premium trains
I (Gopala Sarma) was travelled in premium train no. 00852 (in AC-II tier) from Yeshwantapur to Visakhapatnam on 19/06/2014. It was scheduled at 23:55 on 19/06/2014 but it was delayed by 2hrs in departure. The coach AC-II tier was in very bad condition created very noisy sounds throughout journey.
