Hi, I have been charged an extra 49 Rs in this month’s bill for downloading some crap like ‘wapvilla.ppd’ which I have never downloaded. This is the 2nd time I am getting over-billed consecutively. In my last bill also, I was charged an extra 199 Rs. This is not at all acceptable.
