My boarding pass for a flight previously flown was damaged due to heavy rains during our arrival at Puerto Princesa. However, I need a copy of said boarding pass which is needed as documentary requirements for the activity reports and reimbursement purposes. I already tried using the virtual inquiry system of CEBU PACIFIC but they are not helpful. Kindly assist clients like us resolve same issue among others that require attention. Thank you in advance.
