They changed my flight schedule and gave me an option to accept, change or refund the amount via their travel funds. I accidentally clicked on travel funds which is supposed to be update flight, and they refunded me not the full amount to my travel funds, now I can’t rebook my flight because its so expensive. I can’t get my money from their travel funds too. I asked them to reinstate my flight but they said they can’t. This happened after less than an hour. This airlines are scammers. Are hotels are already booked, we already filed vacation leaves, and now we cant travel because they cancelled our flight?
