They updated our flight (see attached documents), and provided an option to accept the changes, update the flight or refund, we accidentally click on the refund and the flight was cancelled, they dont refund us the amount thru the payment method we use but instead on their travel insurance, which your only choice is to book another flight or else you won’t be able to transfer the amount to your own account. Also, they did not refunded the whole amount we paid for the flight.
We asked them to reinstate the flight, the same day and less than an hour after the error was made, but they said they cant reinstate it! and they wont agree with the refund!
We got the flights under promo and now they want us to book another flight with much expensive fare?
We want to reinstate our flight because we already made reservations for hotels, and we already asked for vacation leave. If they can’t do that, they should refund us with the amount we paid thru the payment method we used and not their own wallet!
