For Tuesday, February 23 at 9 AM, we have a cab reservation with Chiku Cab Services.
They promised to provide a sedan during the booking process, and they have now shared with us the pdf for the booking confirmation with the whole cost.
We provided the requested Rs. 400 as an advance payment to confirm the reservation.
We were informed that we would receive the driver’s information 45 minutes prior to the start of the trip.
We followed up repeatedly but received no response.
Then, with only 30 minutes left before pickup, we received a call from one of their employees informing us that we would be unable to provide the cab that we had promised and that we would have to make do with an Alto instead—or charge you more for the Sedan.
Because of your services, we missed a crucial occasion and even lost the advance payment for the reservation.
Please take the appropriate legal action against them.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Chiku Cab Services.
It is a total fraud company
They take booking quoting low prices and then take advance for the booking
Then just before journey they increase the price.
If you refuse to pay the increased price, or ask for cancellation the advance is not refunded.
