My experience with the hospital was good in terms of doctor and the staff but if i talk about the reception team then their communication with the doctors are very poor, i was unwell that they have taken me to the emergency room. Waiting for around 20 minutes at the reception they have made me stand again in the emergency room bcz the lady who has escorted me was totally unclear what i was there for.

My BP was very low that I cant stand but the expression the lady has given me by asking ma’am ‘what is your problem’, just made me speechless for few seconds.

I have one advice just making your reception team look good can’t run a hospital, they should have some basic practice too.
