We are highly disappointed with CK Birla hospital services.
Except from my doctor dr Deepika Aggarwal because of whom I had such a wonderful normal delivery experience everything is pathetic over here.
All services promised in deluxe package will come to your door step on discharge day making a queue and irritating you.
Even though I had submitted all the documents for insurance claim one week beforehand they made me wait for hours for insurance clearance because of confusion of normal and c section clearance.
Whatever grand package and inclusions they show you everything looks like a joke when you take the service.
