I booked an Airticket on 01.03.2020 with cleartrip app and obtained Airindia Ticket for Mrs. Mayandi Mariyayee by paying Rs. 13627/= by online payment to travel from Chennai to Columbo 09.04.2020 / 14.04.2020 return ticket. The ticket ID is 0983319572129. PNR HVH4N Trip ID 200228213818. Air India cancelled this flight AI 273 and AI 274 on 17.03.2020 and the cleartrip informed me by mail. I requested for REfund on 18.04.2020. I have been attempting to get refund from then on and I am yet to be paid. When I contacted Cleartrip Customer Care, they advised me to Contact Air India.
