I have booked a flight from Bangkok to Tokyo for me and my family (wife and daughter) through scoot airlines for travel on 11th may-2020. However after the airlines had cancelled the flight due to the pandemic, the travel agent is simply giving lame excuses that they are following up with Scott Airlines who is not refunding the amount. However when I called up scoot airlines and then looped the scoot airlines sales team with the Cleartrip travel agent team. I was shocked to know that the Cleartrip travel agent has not requested the Scoot airlines at all for the refund of the amount Rs 37,731 during last 7 months since the flight was cancelled.
Kindly help to ensure that the Cleartrip Agent gets the refund from Airlines for the amount of Rs 37,731 and refund the same to my account along with 6 months interest@10 percent for the deficiency in service from the agent side. The flight detail was from Bangkok to Tokyo bearing PNR No-QBUHJA and Cleartrip ID-191106780866.
