Dear Sir, We had cancelled our air ticket on 06.09.2013 Trip ID: 1308246242. We have emailed many times to cleartrip customer care requesting for refund of Rs.3449/- and Cleartrip gave us this Case # 00027084 and say that the transaction has been done and gave reference of Gateway transaction ID – 824170434. we have also forwarded our bank statement that shows no such refund til date. Further, we requested Clear trip to transfer the amount and if excess is received by us we will REFUND the same. We are not receiving any response from Cleartrip. This is absolutely not acceptable.
