While booking ticket in the name of Nisar Ibrahim from Pnbe to Cstm for 31st August by Suvidha express the money got deducted but ticket was not generated.I had rebooked the same but the money deducted twice and I received message twice that your train booking from MMT booking ID NR2151021649032 from PNBE -CSTM for 31st August is under process we will confirm its status to success but failed booking within 25 min if it’s success we will email eticket and if it is fail we will initiate refund of Rs1, 323.89 but I got creditted only rs 727.89 twice. So I request you crediitt My balance amount .
