Booked flight tickets for INR 22,596 through cleartrip.com in Indigo flights. The airline rescheduled the flights and send me repeated messages saying that I can change or cancel the flights with no charge and sent a link that didn’t open at all after repeated attempts. Then I send 3 requests through email for assistance in cancellation and the airline didn’t respond. Then today I went to cleartrip.com website and cancelled the tickets. And I got a message saying that they’re processing the refund for INR 12,606. The airline or the travel agent reduced 9,990 for their fault because they rescheduled but not me. Hence I request you to kindly get back the full amount I paid ie. INR 22,596.00.
