Myself Saroj Kumar Sardar booked Indigo flight from Mumbai to Kolkata for my parents & relative (Trip ID: 170620206318, PNR: VY47FC) on 23.06.17. On dated 22.06.17 around 18:05 hrs I called from my mobile to cleartrip for re-scheduling on 25.06.17. The cleartrip representative told need Rs. 9414 after deduct the cancellation fees for re-scheduling for certain flight. He also mentioned that the payment mechanism need to complete without disconnect the call. As I was travelling and payment supposed to be complete from mobile net banking, so I request for call disconnect. He agreed and sent payment link from [email protected] and assured for call back and send me the ticket accordingly. I paid the amount Rs. 9414 within 5 minutes. Next day morning around 11:30 hrs I asked for ticket and told within 2 hrs I supposed to get. After few hrs it came to know that they did not re-scheduled and not cancelled the ticket. During discussion they accepted who sent me the payment link he supposed to call back but they are arguing for not to pay the original ticket amount Rs. 27768. After several argument Rs. 9414 they refunded and for the original ticket amount Rs 27768 they told it gone for higher management review and if they found for their fault it will be finalise within 4 working days. In between I asked for amount but they denied. Need your help for getting the amount Rs. 27768.
