Dear sir/ madam,

I book a flight from delhi to Bombay yesterday 18-09-2016 for 23-09-2016 and return 26-09-2016 but due to some internal problem I cancelled the flight which was refundable at the time of booking. but till now I didn’t receive any amount from cleartrip and see refund amount in my email as 0.

I REQUST YOU TO PLEASE ARRANGE TICKET FOR BOMBAY FOR OTHER DATE OR REFUND MY MONEY SO THAT I CAN BOOK AGAIN TICKET FOR BOMBAY.
