hi, i am Faiyaz i made a 2 night hotel booking of Nainital from Cleartrip, hotel name is hotel Amuns..
1st issue:- They asked me to cancel my bookings because they told me that rooms are not available physically in hotel…they having some server error on that time. so, i cancelled my tickets.
2nd issue:- now they are not returning my money on proper manner..according to their policy they need to return money on process as customer made the payment. i made the payment by my credit card and net banking but instead of returning my full payment on same account they made partial payment on my account and rest in my Cleartrip wallet.. which i don’t need it.. regarding this i call them many times but i didn’t any solution from their side.
so, i am hoping i will get justice from you people.
