I have booked air ticket from Hyderabad to kanpur from ixigo through cleartrip.The journey date was 14/3/2019.PNR no E4KDML(SpiceJet).The airline cancelled the flight by government order.But the cleartrip not refund full amount.The government rule is that if the airline cancelled the flight full refund must be given to customer.I contact many times cleartrip but I have not received any response from travel agency.kindly take this matter and solve the problem.
