We had booked our tickets through Cleartrip and the Airline involved was Emirates Airlines
Our Travel was scheduled on May 9th 2020. But the flight was cancelled by the Airlines due to Covid 19. So we are expecting the full refund as per the Government of India instruction to the Airlines
Our Clear Trip ID : 200204809070 – Bengaluru to Toronto.
Airline Booking Ref is : K5UM8J – Emirates Airlines Ref.
Amount we should get as refund is INR 797217.0
The cancelled flight Bangalore to Toronto is of May 9th 2020 – It is almost 5 months from the flight date and 9 months since i paid the tickets.
No response from Cleartrip and contacting Emirates they say we have to contact Cleartrip.
No e-mails from Cleartrip and we are not able to contact them by phone .
Looks like they are a shady business. They may be trying to cheat .
Kindly request you t intervene and get us the refund at the earliest.
