Hi,

I made a flight booking through ClearTrip.com for Delhi to Bangkok(round trip); Trip ID 1608072024. My flight TG316, dated 02 Sept 2016 and TG323, dated 12 Sept 2016, i cancelled the tickets the ticket prior 24hrs due to medical issue.I submitted all the documents and my flight was refundable and they are that ur refund is for NIL. I contacted the customer support they said they will look into the matter but now it has been more than 2 month. I called customer support several times but there is no satisfactory response but keep on giving me further time-line. I also contacted the floor supervisor but was of no help. Customer support executives even disconnected my call more than 10 times after asking me to hang up.

In regard to my case, I have the following demands:
(I) Refund of Rs 23984/- with interest.
(II) Compensation for the mental harassment and agony that I have gone through and call charges accrued during my illness.
