We had booked a round trip ticket for 3 members from Delhi to Kathmandu
It was written on the ticket to carry
“Carry photo identification, you will need it as proof of identity while checkingin
”
We carry Adhar card and PAN card but when we reach airport then they demanded Voter Id card
What the hell is this it was not mentioned on ticket
If this is a law then it should be mentioned that adhar card is not acceptable
This is to be noted we carry the Photo identification card as mentioned as Adhar card and PAN card are both Photo identification card
Airlines does not allow us to board and we need to cancel the booking
This is a financial loss and mental harassment to us
Now what we need to do, would we need to file a legal complain or you would support in terms of financial compensation
