I book ticket from Cleartrip.but same time i canel ticket.they already charge from my account.i receive mail for cancelation.i want to confirm soo i call customer service Of Cleartrip.but she says they’ll charge for me drm285 & rest i’ll receive to wallet.but that amount i have to use withing 2 month.im not planing to book anything withing 2 months.
Sooo i ask any other option she can help me.but she saying thats the proceeder.thats it.
while cancellation online show if i choose ‘wallet’ they’ll refund full amont.if ‘account’ they going to charge. i talk to customer care.she says still they’ll charge.
Really this sooo unfair.now i have to forget my all money.what’s the use of customer care which i can’t get help.realy realy this is very bad.
