Dear Management,

I am living in Damac building, Lincoln Park Tower North, since 6 months only and already decided to move before the contract ends.
I have lost my bag with the access cards from the building, pool and apartment (1). I still have one card from the apartment but I can not enter the building as per the new rules that you issued ! I am staying in front of the building, security guy looking at me and waving the access card and me I am just praying that a neighbor will come to open the door for me.
Going to the management office of the buildings, found out that for each access card you are charging 250 Dirhams. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.
The AC is breaking down every 2 weeks for which I am using ONLY your ICE services that are extremely expensive.
Overall, everything is going wrong and expensive.
Luckily you are not charging for the air that I breath in your buildings, anyway even that one is full of dust.

Thank you for the experience of staying in Damac Buildings. At least from now I know which real estate developer to avoid.
