I had ordered a pretty grey banarasi brocade saree.
After that I received a confirmation message from the company saying that the order will be sent within a week.
On 5th December I received a product that is totally different from what I ordered
In fact I received a cheap quality different material saree that is far from being banarasi saree
I am disappointed to see the product.
I would want refund of my money back
Is this some kind of fraud company.
These types of transaction and companies should not to be allowed to function
Such companies make it difficult to transact online
For now I want refund of my money
Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful
The customer care number of this company here in Bangalore is switched off
Order ID being :#ET2855 ordered on 2nd December 2021
The other number of surat customer care is also switched off
The complaint section of their website is not opening
I want to return this product as soon as possible
And I would want immediately refund of my money
