This mail is on the worst customer service am getting from Dubai First Customer care service, I migrated to USA like 7 months back and i have balance to pay that why i hold it for sometime and tried to cancel card multiple times over call and shared my local number in USA (+18392139604) as my dubai number is not working .
I called customer service thrice and mailed so many times, just to cancel (one time customer service personnel told me I will get a call back to my US number .again I never got any(my UAE number is not working).
I had no pending due and cleared everything as you can even check by history with no delay .
Last time I mistakenly needed to pay an unnecessary fine and again I paid it. Now again fine is getting up even after like 6 months am chasing them for cancelation of my card.
Please provide proper support .

My mail id is [email protected] if you check that many complaint mails I raised and all the tickets are getting closed by highlighting the mobile number that is not working which I highlighted as my mobile number is already cancelled as I am out of UAE for a long period.
I can’t pay anymore fine because of the worst customer support issue from the Dubai first team. I already paid enough.

And when i paid like 800 dhs fine by feb’23 the customer care guy told me like their me no charge for the card next year because of good history of 2022 financial year and i may get the fine back .
