JBL Xtreme

The shopping portal www.ducart.in is looting innocent customers by providing deals (bogus) on products, which when delivered are found to be fake replicas of big brands. I ordered a JBL Xtreme, excited that I will get a good speaker, however when I opened it I founded myself so cheated as the product was a poor rip off of the original. It came in a generic white box with bad quality speaker without any accessories and just a JBL sticker stuck to it.

Now the customer care of www.ducart.in doesn’t work, the phone is always switched off, the return option is unavailable. I have lost all my hopes to get my 3970 rupees back. Please look into the issue at the earliest. Thank you.
