I ordered a ‘Super General’ chest freezer on Saturday 27th May 2017 at Mirdif city centre store and was told that it would be delivered by 2 working days. No delivery or phonecall. I contacted the store at 6pm the person I was talking to could not see my purchase invoice. He promised me that he will contact me back but did not. Called several times with the same promise. I ended up speaking to Mr Kalimuddin and Samsuddin and I had to then go to the store to sort out my order. Very poor service and a very unhappy customer.
