I bought a JBL Flip4 speaker 15 days back and when I brought at home and tried to charge but it was not charging. Then I returned after Couple of days to the Emax MCC store for replacement. They checked the item, found error. But denied to replace and asked me to wait 7 working days. I am calling them everyday but rarely they pick the calls but no update, “brand has not respond yet” I am tired chasing.. since I clearly spoke to the CS Manager that I am travelling end of this week. SERIOUSLY Emax got to wake up in terms of after sales service. Quite disappointed.
