Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that I purchased a washing machine on 06 Nov. 2017 on the first month we already observe that the washing machine has something wrong because I’m using the same brand whirlpool and on the 3rd year suddenly not starting so I decided to buy the same brand because I am fully satisfied of my previous washing machine and for the reason that the warranty is not there already.

Actually 2 service already been done in this washing since I purchased and their technician insisting because of the coach roach that damage my washing machine how can it be?

Kindly take an action please attaching herewith is my receipts and looking forward for a positive reply as still under warranty and at the same time I avail the extended warranty and paid the charges for the same.
