My Wife booked an appointment on Oct 2nd for Enrich Aundh, Pune salon from their Customer Care for 6th Oct at 10 AM.

Third Salon expert who was blocked for this schedule called her on 5th Oct night and asked to come on Monday dated 7th Oct because he had another customer coming on that time. My Wife refused to come on 7th as it was working day for her. Expert requested to come on 6th but 1:30 PM. She agreed and visited on 6th at 1:30 PM. Here, she opted for QOD treatment and had to get this done by this day only where Expert had already confirmed that it will get finished.

After 4 to 4.5 hrs expert said that you need to come tomorrow again. She agreed to come at 4 PM. My Wife were forced to pay entire amount on this day only and assured that this expert will be very much free for her tomorrow at 4 PM so need not to worry. She paid entirely as they were not accepting any partial amount.

When she reached saloon at 3:55 PM expert was already busy with another customer. She waited for around 1 hour but still he was busy. Later on he said can you get this done by some other person. She refused for that because we paid for that expert only.

When she asked again about his availability now, he said if you wanna get this done by some other person so do otherwise leave this place.

My Wife came out with tears in eyes.

Now, from that day we requesting these guys to refund our money they just not responding to us.
