I have ordered a sofa from the estillo shop at city centre 2 costing Rs 46001428530. Even after one and a half months the product has not been delivered.they have taken an advance of Rs 10000 at the very first day of booking. Every single day they are lying regarding the product delivery. I have lodged a complaint in West Bengal consumers department.
