You are stuck as soon as you enter.
I lost Rs 15,000 that I paid in advance for a package that they never finished processing.
They refused and ceased replying when I requested to cancel my package for a variety of personal reasons.
Through numerous emails and phone conversations, I nearly begged them to issue a refund, but my efforts were in vain.
