Fala holidays, they promise holiday cheap holiday package and services with refund policy ( if their services fails ). They might give you club access once or twice. To make you feel the are not fraud and may be to record proof of service. But after that they start ignoring and cancelling services.
They fished, 2.5 lakhs from me ( first they said : they are checking if the credit card is eligible and they deducted the amount. ) And when the credit card verification guy called me and mr. Farooq from fala reached me to say that verify the transaction otherwise the card will get rejected for EMI. And so I got involved in this.
Now after almost 8 months, I lost my patience. I am tried to many times to book a trip but they ignored the requests. I tried multiple time to ask for refund and they ignored.
