We got a call from fala holidays on 12/01/2020 saying you got a gift voucher, please come and collect at our yelhanka bangalore office, post we visited their office they told us that we should buy a traveling packages with them to get the free gift vouchers, after discussing they told us that they will check the eligibility in our credit card and they swiped full amount and converted it into EMI option, after that there is no response from them if we call for the services, we are having all the details as it is paid through credit card. Now the company is closed. With a dream of traveling, post our marriage, we also thought it would be good as paying at one time would be tough. But post that, their service was not at all good. By the time we decided to cancel they responded and we thought it might be because they were busy. But in recent days they stopped responding and now all the numbers are not reachable. With hard earned money, investing in a travel dream, we were fooled.
