I asked for a trip to Sakaleshpur on November 1st, but despite calling customer service and the fala owner repeatedly, I have yet to receive a response.
I used to receive the right response in the past.
Today, nobody answers emails from customer service.
I’d like to hear Fala’s reaction to why she stopped responding in this thread.
If this keeps up, my previously positive opinion will be altered.
