I ordered for this Fit wise watch which had n number of features they said on 19/6/21. Received the watch on 23/6/21. It’s very very poor quality and not at all worth rs.2999/-. From 26/6/21 I am sending mail for return and refund no response. While ordering it did not show the name of the company or the place. Even now there is no address of the company or sender on the packet received. I want to return and get refund. No phone number no address of manufacturer nothing. How Google allows such fraudulent sellers to post their products?? Very bad experience. From 26/6/21 everyday I am sending mails no response till now today is 2/7/21. Because of pandemic no shops are open so I had to do online shopping.
Such a bad experience how many people they must have duped??
Now if you search that page is not available. The courier slip has a return address…. The smart Accessories store, ground floor, premises no. 67, 3rd lane, shastri park, chander Nagar Delhi 51. Timing 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The product is intact I want to return and refund of money rs.2999/_.
