I have purchased fit wise watch online dtd 17 August 2021 ,sometimes it gets charged sometimes it wont .I have maild to support team and their customer executive had called me regarding same but i felt fishy while talking with him on vdo call it seems no professional ethics. quiet disappointed ,kindly help Thanks and regards.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Fit wise watch.
I purchased FITWISE WATCH for rs.2999/-. But it is not getting charged.
The product is very much substandard
