Fitwise Smartwatch – Product is damaged and not having features that they assured. Hence, sent emails to refund the amount of Rs.2999/- to my account, as it was delivered against Cash on Delivery on 10th October, 2021,but no response from the supplier till date.

I have placed an online order for “fitwise Smartwatch” on 6th, 2021 and recieved an acknowledgement soon after my order. Further, it’s to inform you that I have received the courier from the supplier on 10th October, 2021 at 6.30 pm by paying the amount of Rs.2999/- through my Google pay account, being the mode of payment is Cash on Delivery. When I opened the courier, I found that the product is damaged and after charging no assured features are available. The same was informed to them by email and requested to refund the amount, but in vain. It’s unattended as of now, without making refund. A suitable action may be initiated as they have failed in their profession dishonorably. They didn’t provide contact number or customer care service number.
