Flipkart and gionee – defective product

Dear Concern,
I booked Gionee elife s5.5 from Flipkart on 23 jan 2015 coz got 2000rs additional discount (i become greedy and that was the trap to sale defective product) and got the delivery on 28 jan’15, I started using phone from 19 march 2015 in the evening right after receiving new corporate connection from my company before that it had been using to listening songs (downloaded from computer). On that day made only one call, In 2 minutes phone heated up so much from ear side and next day made few more calls faced same issue, thought i would go to service centre to show . Next day phone completely went off, Now the REAL STORY begins about online FLIPKART FRUAD SALES After that i started approaching from Flipkart to Gionee customer cares, 1st Flipkart said we are not responsible as 1 month is over contact to Gionee, 2nd call to Gionee customer care spoke to Sandeep Kumar on 18002081166 very BAD EXPERIENCE saying “WE NOT OFFER REPLACEMENT ON ONLINE SALES ONLY SERVICE CAN BE DONE ONLY DEALER PURCHASED COMES UNDER REPLACEMENT INFACT ONCOMPANY OFFERS” we took down your complaint, i asked you did not ask my name and number how would you escalate? Pathetic customer care of Gionee Then he gave me Rajiv’s number 8800348555 said he is on higher level speak to him(Nothing made me fool he is also a Executive in Gionee), Rajiv replied the same “WE NOT OFFER REPLACEMENT ON ONLINE SALES ONLY SERVICE CAN BE DONE ONLY DEALER PURCHASED COMES UNDER REPLACEMENT INFACT ON COMPANY OFFERS” said same thing, then contacted to SERVICE CENTRE they said your INVOICE does not have IMEI number so NOT ACCEPTABLE, Again contacted to FLIPKART spoke to Assistant Manager KAVITA GAOKAR FLIPKART for 1 hour 24 minutes, she said till 27 march 2015 you will receive INVOICE WITH IMEL number as ONLINE SALES comes under NON WSR it will take 7 DAYS time and DEALER comes under WSR so they provide IMEI ON INVOICE then and there( Means wait for service if phones breaks down) at the end of the call SHE ACCEPTED indirectly, “SHE SAID” “GIONEE IS RIGHT THAT PHONE WILL BE SERVICED, NOT REPLACED YOU SHOULD HAVE RED OUR TERMS AND CONDITION BEFOR BUYING ANY ELECTRONICS
SUMMARY-: DO NOT BUY ONLINE ELECTRONICS FROM FLIPKART, SNAPDEAL, AMAZON AND ETC,
1. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS AFTER 1 MONTH PRODUCT WILL BE SERVICED NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE DONE.
2. MORE DISCOUNTS TAKE TOWARDS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
3. ONLINE SALES COME UNDER WSR SO HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 8 DAYS FOR IMEI TO BE PRINTED ON INVOICE FOR SERVICING THE PHONE.
