I placed a pre-paid order for a jersey on June 27. As of today, July 14, there has been no update. Every time I email them, they respond that it will take 1-2 days to arrive.
I only receive a message stating that the jersey has been packed; there are no further updates regarding the online purchase my father made.
They make grand claims on their website but are scams. I need my refund as soon as possible.
In a nation where football is expanding quickly, Americans who play the sport want to wear jerseys. I personally want my jersey to have my name on the back and paid 1100 for it.
Playing with emotions is never a good idea, and FootballMonk’s customer service and emails have completely let me down.
The fact that it was my father’s money and I want a refund is the only thing that hurts the most.
