Totally disgusted with Matrix Cellular.
They are the biggest Frauds and bang your head against wall in case you are expecting any support or response.

Matrix company is a bunch of non responsive, illiterates. I am under a debt of Rs 37000 because of automatic messages which went from my international sim card. Out of Rs. 37000 my actual usage was less than even a 1000 Rs and and international texts were for around Rs. 36000. I dont even need to mention that this is an issue but from last one month i am fighting and wrote to many people in matrix with no response. TOTALLY DISGUSTED I dont know who can help me here as I am completely out pf place and Matrix has already deducted amount from my credit card. I request everyone not to use Matrix services, find any other alternative but not matrix cards.
This company should die.
