This us to inform you that I have purchased Celkon millennia ufeel 599 and I received the product on 31st August 2016. The product is a defective product as it is not switching on. My order I’d is: O9332830BEC834EB75. Also when I took it to the authorised service centre at K.R.Puram they said the serial no. of the mobile and the serial no. In the invoice were not matching, so they cannot take for service, as per the teleconv today with your customer care, . Please provide me with refund or with a new phone at the earliest as this mismatching itself shows that I have received the phone which is irrelevant to the billing and the seller wantedly sent the damaged phone. So once again I kindly request you to do the refund or the new phone at the earliest.

Now they(gadgets360) are telling they havent reveived my mail and there is no response from their end. My hard earned money is gone by buying this brick.

Who is going to help me on this??? Government has to stop fake companies like this.
